This Refund Policy sets out how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for any MornWave goods, digital content, or events if/when offered.

MornWave is primarily an educational blog. From time to time we may offer physical materials, digital downloads, or events/workshops. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work in those cases, in line with UK consumer law.
2. Eligibility by product type
2.1 Physical goods (if offered)
- Change of mind: 14 days from delivery to notify us; 14 days thereafter to return the item(s) in original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless goods are defective or sent in error.
- Defects or wrong item: Notify us within 30 days of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund. We may request photos and/or a return of the item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories where applicable.
2.2 Digital content (e.g., PDFs, templates) (if offered)
- Cooling‑off period: You have 14 days to cancel unless you choose immediate access/download. If you consent to immediate access, you acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once the download/stream starts, except where the content is faulty.
- Faulty digital content: We will repair, replace, or refund if the file is defective or not as described, per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.3 Services/events (if offered)
- Tickets and workshops: Full refund up to 7 days before the event. 50% refund 2–6 days before. No refund within 48 hours of start time, except where required by law.
- Event changes: If we materially change, postpone, or cancel, you may opt for a new date or a full refund.
3. Exclusions
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty).
- Digital content after download/stream has begun (unless faulty).
- Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
4. How to request a refund
- Email contact@mornwave.co.uk with subject “Refund Request”.
- Include order details: name, email, purchase date, item/service, reason, and supporting photos (if defective).
- Wait for our instructions. For returns, we will provide the return address and RMA reference if required.
5. Refund method and timelines
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect eligible returns (or verify a digital/service claim), refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
- Where applicable, original delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate. Upgraded shipping is non‑refundable unless the item was defective or mis‑shipped.
6. Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Consider a tracked service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
7. Fair use and abuse prevention
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of misuse, excessive wear, or policy abuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK regulations.
